Phil Boucon

Phil Boucon is an accomplished Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager with extensive experience, currently serving at Sofidel America Corp. since November 2024 and previously at Clearwater Paper Corporation. Phil has held multiple EHS leadership roles at RENK Group and GE Aerospace, where responsibilities included overseeing environmental, health, and safety activities, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and managing workers' compensation and case records. A retired lieutenant colonel from the Michigan Army National Guard, Phil served for 32 years and has a strong educational background, holding advanced degrees in Environmental Policy and Management, Engineering/Industrial Management, and Sustainability Studies, among others.
