Leighton Gray, PharmD, currently serves as a Facility Manager at SOFIE, managing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the production and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals aligns with regulatory standards and company culture. Previously, Leighton was a Clinical Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health, where they led a team of 43 pharmacists and significantly improved patient satisfaction and program enrollment metrics. Leighton began their career as a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist, focusing on Medication Therapy Management and collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes. They hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
