Sean Murphy

Sean Murphy has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sean is currently working as the Sr. Director of Strategy at SOFIE since September 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Jubilant Radiopharma from 2013 to 2022, including Regional Director - Midwest Operations, Director Business Strategy, and Director of Operational Excellence. In these roles, they successfully led efforts to improve product utilization, reduce costs, and implement continuous improvement methodologies. Before joining Jubilant Radiopharma, Sean worked at Mercy as a Quality Engineer V from 2008 to 2013, where they led projects to improve processes and developed quality measurement systems. Sean also worked at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as an Operational Excellence Leader from 2003 to 2007, where they focused on process improvement and mentoring Six-Sigma belt candidates. Additionally, Sean worked as an IT Consultant at Bradford & Galt from 2000 to 2003, where they led software deployments and provided training on improvement processes. Sean started their career at Hussmann as a Senior Development Engineer from 1995 to 2000. Overall, Sean Murphy has a diverse background and a strong track record of driving operational excellence and implementing strategic initiatives.

Sean Murphy attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
