Roger Holtus

Roger Holtus has extensive experience in the banking and consulting industries, having held various leadership roles since 1996. Notably, Roger served as an Accountmanager at SNS Reaal and later at Rabobank Parkstad Limburg, where responsibilities included managing private banking and leading a team of approximately 130 colleagues as a statutory director. Following a stint as CCO at Kleynen Consultants, Roger is currently the director and owner of Sofie verbindt. Roger also served as CEO of Wiertz Company, focusing on innovation and providing employment solutions. Educational qualifications include degrees in Business Studies from Radboud University and various leadership and coaching courses from prestigious institutions such as IMD Business School and Comenius Leergangen.
