Anna Mark

Anna Mark has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anna started their career at Fastighets AB Tornet in 1998, where they worked as a Projektassistent, Systemadministratör, and later as a Systemförvaltare. Anna then moved on to NCC, where they held various roles including System Manager, Manager Administrative systems, Manager Group IT Application Services, and IT Business Relationship Manager. In 2017, Anna joined Daymark AB as a Senior Consultant before transitioning to Sofigate as a Business Technology Senior Manager. In this role, they were involved in HR transformation planning and project management for the development of a new SAP-based tool in the Facility Management sector.

Anna Mark obtained a Magisterexamen in Företagsekonomi och IT from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Studentexamen in Naturvetenskap at Brännkyrka gymnasium from 1991 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner in October 2019, and they also hold an ITIL Foundation v3 certification with undisclosed details about the institution and date of achievement.
