Daniel Westermark

Daniel Westermark has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Restaurant Assistant at Max Hamburgare. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an IT Support Administrator at Plockmatic International. In 2018, they joined Karolinska Institutet as an IT Support Technician. Since 2019, Daniel has been working at Sofigate, starting as a Business Technology Analyst and progressing to Business Technology Senior Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Business Technology Manager at Sofigate.

Daniel Westermark attended Linköping University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics - Information Systems Analysis. After completing their bachelor's degree, they obtained additional certifications including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management - ITIL 4 Edition from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2019 and the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow in September 2019.
