Helene Claesson

Helene Claesson is currently the Head of Platform Services at Sofigate, overseeing the ServiceNow Platforms team in Copenhagen and Malmö. With a strong background in project management and IT service management, Helene has also held roles at ASSA ABLOY Group and Telia as a Senior Project Manager and IT Project Manager, respectively. Helene has experience working with international teams and implementing various IT solutions. In addition, Helene serves as a Board Member at itSMF Syd, focusing on organizing events and promoting IT Service Management best practices. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Informatics from Lund University, Helene brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.
