Janne Lindgren

Janne Lindgren is a Senior Advisor at Sofigate, where they focus on Service Integration and Management (SIAM) to help customers achieve success through effective service management processes. With experience as a Process Owner in the Service Management Office and various roles within Service Management, Janne has a strong background in configuring and implementing SIAM processes, including working on ServiceNow projects. Prior to this, Janne held the position of Project Manager at Accenture Finland, leading SAP projects in a multicultural and multi-vendor environment. Janne holds a Master of Science in Logistics from the Helsinki School of Economics and an accredited qualification in Personal Training.
