Janne Rekonen

Janne Rekonen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Platforms and Managing Director at Sofigate Services Oy since December 2014, Janne leads customer project initiatives aimed at harmonizing and digitalizing processes through SaaS solutions. Prior to this, Janne spent over 14 years at CGI, holding various director-level positions responsible for Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM, SAP, and GIS practices, as well as public safety solutions. Janne's career began as a Project Engineer at Espoo-Vantaa Institute of Technology, focusing on project management in educational projects. Academic qualifications include two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Geographic Information Science and Computer Science from the Espoo-Vantaa Institute of Technology, along with an upper secondary degree in Geography and Cartography from Helsinki Vocational College.
