Mikael Söderlund

Mikael Söderlund has over 15 years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, and digital transformation across retail, defense, manufacturing, and insurance. He began his career in consulting and retail IT projects, later leading large transformation and sourcing programs at Trygg-Hansa. At H&M Group, Mikael held senior roles including Head of Global IT Sourcing, where he established sourcing strategies, negotiated major vendor agreements, and supported ERP and store IT rollouts. Since 2023, he has worked at Sofigate as Senior Manager, advising CIOs on IT operating models, governance, and sourcing strategies. His career is marked by consistent delivery of cost savings, improved governance, and stronger alignment between IT and business objectives.
