Mimmi Andersson

Mimmi Andersson has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Konsult at Lärarförmedlarna from September 2013 to April 2014. Mimmi then worked as a Konsult at Manpower Sverige from May 2016 to July 2019. Currently, Mimmi is employed at Sofigate, where they started as a Business Technology Analyst in August 2019. Mimmi was then promoted to Business Technology Senior Analyst in June 2021 and further elevated to their current role as Business Technology Senior Specialist in January 2023.

Mimmi Andersson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informationssystem from Uppsala University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they were enrolled at Uppsala University in 2015, studying Juridik. Mimmi also completed their secondary education at Kärrtorps gymnasium from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued the Samhällsvetenskapsprogrammet med inriktning ekonomi och media. In terms of certifications, Mimmi obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management v.4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2019. Mimmi also holds the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow, acquired in February 2020. Additionally, Mimmi received the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2022. Their most recent certification is the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Customer Service Management from ServiceNow, obtained in March 2023.
