Panphi Tran

Panphi Tran's work experience begins with their current role as a Lead Analyst at Sofigate since 2023. They previously held the position of Junior Advisor at the same company from 2022 to 2023, where they coordinated and facilitated testing activities for IT projects.

Prior to Sofigate, Panphi worked as a Customer Success Manager at Y4 Works from 2021 to 2022. They also served as a Master's Thesis worker at the University of Vaasa from 2020 to 2021.

Panphi's earlier experiences include working as a Sales Assistant at STARK Finland in 2019, a Service Advisor at Nordea Bank in 2018, and a Customer Advisor Leasing Limits at Nordea in 2017.

In addition, Panphi held multiple roles at Vaasa Entrepreneurship Society, including Marketing and Communications Manager in 2017 and Co-Head of Marketing at Harvest16 in 2016. They gained valuable skills as a Receptionist at Rastila Camping in 2016, showcasing their ability to communicate with customers from various backgrounds and languages.

Lastly, Panphi's work experience includes a significant role as the Head Coach of a football team at Helsingin Ponnistus from 2012 to 2015, demonstrating their leadership and responsibility in managing a large group of children and assistant coaches.

Panphi Tran obtained a Matriculation Examination from Munkkiniemen yhteiskoulu / Upper Secondary School in 2013. Panphi then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Business (Marketing and Management) from the University of Vaasa, which they completed in 2018. In the same year, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Panphi Tran further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Vaasa in 2021.

In terms of certifications, Panphi Tran obtained a certification in Content marketing from HubSpot Academy in June 2019. Panphi also holds various certifications in business and technology, including a Business Technology Standard Certified Practitioner from Business Technology Forum obtained in April 2023, a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in February 2022, and a Business Technology Standard version 4.5 Green Card from Business Technology Forum obtained in January 2022.
