Satu Hyväri

Satu Hyväri has extensive work experience in project management and business process definition. Since 2018, they have been working as a Project Manager at Sofigate, where they are responsible for managing a national security organization's project involving business process definition and Oracle CRM/Siebel agile implementation. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they worked at Csolutor Oy as a Project Manager, handling various projects in the national pension industry and security organizations. In this role, they carried out tasks such as project planning, deployment, cost-benefit analysis, sales activities, and proof of concepts. Before that, from 2013 to 2014, they were a Senior Consultant at Steeri Oy, working on business process definition and implementation projects utilizing Oracle CRM/Siebel and Salesforce technologies in national pension insurance and telecommunications companies. Satu Hyväri's earlier experience includes working at Accenture Oy, Helsinki, where they held roles as both a Manager from 2007 to 2012 and a Consultant from 1999 to 2007.

Satu Hyväri obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in International Marketing from LUT University in 1999. In addition to their academic pursuits, they have also earned certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master and a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. Satu obtained these certifications in March 2020 and December 2019 respectively.
