Charlotte Strömberg is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in board governance and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Ersta diakoni and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Sofina, Charlotte has co-founded DHS Venture Partners and holds the position of Independent Member of the Listing Committee at Nasdaq. Active in various sectors, Charlotte is also a board member at Clas Ohlson, Höganäs AB, and Lindéngruppen AB, while being a member of the Swedish Securities Council. Prior experience includes a key role as Board Member and Chairman of the Audit & Sustainability Committee at Kinnevik AB. Charlotte holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and has pursued additional studies at Dickinson College and Stockholm University.
