Alex Leech is an accomplished biotechnology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chair at Sevenless Therapeutics and Chair at 2N Pharma, Alex has been instrumental in pioneering innovative approaches to treating neurodegenerative diseases. As Entrepreneur in Residence at Bicycle Therapeutics, Alex applies advanced technology in areas beyond oncology. Previous positions include CEO at Alchemab, where strategic leadership guided the company from inception to an $82 million Series A funding, and CEO at Zarodex Therapeutics and Camphos Therapeutics, focusing on immunology and neurodegeneration, respectively. With a proven track record in company creation as a Venture Partner at SV Health Investors and operational leadership at Creabilis SA, Solace Pharmaceuticals, and Pfizer, Alex possesses a strong educational background with an MBA from Henley Business School and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex.
