Daniel Sieiro is an experienced professional in the fields of venture capital and scientific research. Currently serving as an Associate at Sofinnova Partners since March 2023, Daniel previously held multiple roles at Plexus Ventures LLC from September 2019 to March 2023, including Principal, Manager of Innovation, and Associate. Daniel's research background includes positions as a Human Frontiers Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School and a Research Fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital from April 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that, Daniel was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from January 2016 to March 2017. Academically, Daniel earned a PhD in Genetics and two Master's degrees (Honours) in Cell Biology and Anatomy from Monash University, completing studies there between 2010 and 2015.
