Luigi Costa

Luigi Costa is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently, Luigi serves as Chairman of the Board at PinCell srl and Co-Founder & Board Member at Blue Wave Therapeutics. Since April 2019, Luigi has held the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Sofinnova Partners, and has also contributed as a Board Member for Phi Pharma SA and Noema Pharma AG, where Luigi was Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder until November 2023. Prior roles include CEO at Nordic Nanovector ASA and Board Member at Oncopeptides AB, as well as key positions at Amgen, where Luigi advanced through various leadership roles in international commercial operations. Luigi holds dual MBA degrees from SDA Bocconi and Alliance Manchester Business School.
