Angelo Alfieri

Angelo Alfieri has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Direttore Risorse Umane e organizzazione at Sofinter since January 2010, overseeing HR and communication functions for the group specializing in steam and energy production. Prior to this role, Angelo worked at Gruppo Falck from January 1998 to May 2009 as Direttore Centrale Risorse Umane e Relazioni Esterne, managing HR and external relations across various business sectors, including renewable energy and biofuels. Angelo's career started at Sondel, where from January 1994 to December 1997, the focus was on HR management during the establishment of new gas turbine power plants. Angelo holds a master's degree in human resources from Università Bocconi and a law degree from Università degli Studi di Milano, further complemented by additional education at Istud - Ambrosetti.
