Federica Margariti

Federica Margariti has gained experience in Human Resources, starting as an HR recruiter at UMANA SPA, then transitioning to an HR Account role at ALI SpA, and currently working as an HR Specialist at Sofinter. Prior to their HR roles, Federica worked in administrative roles at ISS Facility Services Srl and as a contributor author at Sprint e Sport. Federica has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Humanities from the Università degli Studi di Milano, following their completion of a Diploma from Liceo Scientifico. Throughout their career, Federica has been involved in front office responsibilities, recruitment and selection, presence management, contract drafting, and commercial activities.
