Anna Högström

Anna Högström is the leading psychologist at Sofita, where they focus on family well-being and provide therapy to couples, families, and individuals. With extensive experience as a psychotherapist and a background in communications, Anna has held various roles, including project manager and psychologist in both public and private sectors. They have a Master's degree from the University of Helsinki and have completed specialized training in leadership and psychotherapy. Anna is also a skilled facilitator, speaker, and has worked in media as a journalist and television host. Currently, they pursue further education in psychotherapy at the University of Jyväskylä.
