Louis Gerbier has held a variety of roles in the finance and hospitality industries since 2005. Louis began their career as an Intern at Direction générale du Trésor (French Treasury) in 2005. Louis then took on the role of Analyst at OFI Asset Management in 2007. In 2009, they were a Summer Intern at i3 Consulting Private Ltd. and a Manager and Financial Audit Senior at WeiserMazars LLP. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Maison Kayser USA as Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis and Assistant Financial Controller. Most recently, they have been the Chief Financial Officer at Tartinery since 2019 and is currently the Chief Hospitality Officer at Sofive Soccer Centers since 2022.

Louis Gerbier obtained a Scientific Baccalaureate in Sciences - Mathematics from Fenelon Sainte Marie in 1996-2003. Louis then completed a Master's degree in Management from Universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2003-2008. In 2006-2007, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Connecticut in Management. Gerbier then completed a Specialized Master in Finance in Corporate Finance from ESCP Business School in 2008-2009. In 2012, they obtained a FAST Excel Modeling certification from The FAST Standard Organisation. Lastly, in 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Culinary Entrepreneurship - formerly Restaurant Management from the International Culinary Center.
