William K. Aulet is the current advisor at Sofizar and has an extensive work history in various startups and companies. William was previously the board director at XL Hybrids from January 2008 to February 2020. During their time there, they helped the company grow into a successful private company that utilized hybrid technologies to make corporate fleets more economical and cleaner. Before that, Aulet was the senior vice president and CFO at Viisage from January 2003 to December 2005. William co-led the company's increase in market valuation from $50M to $500M in 2.5 years before it was bought by Safran SA. Aulet is also the author of "Disciplined Entrepreneurship" (2013) and "Disciplined Entrepreneurship Workbook" (2017). From 2006 to 2008, they were the entrepreneur in residence and senior lecturer at MIT Entrepreneurship Center. And from 1994 to 1996, they were the co-founder, president, and director of Cambridge Decision Dynamics.
