Andrés Velasco

Andrés Velasco is a backend developer with over six years of experience, specializing in Node.js, Nest.js, Golang, and AWS. They hold a degree in Computer and Information Systems Engineering from Escuela Politécnica Nacional. Throughout their career, Andrés has worked as a Software Development Intern at Registro de la Propiedad del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito and a Software Development Engineer at Manticore Labs, where they developed efficiencies in delivery applications and inventory management. Most recently, they have served as a Consultant Developer at Sofka Technologies, designing scalable microservices and implementing large-scale billing workflows. Additionally, as a freelancer, Andrés designed a SaaS platform for educational centers, providing mentorship to fellow developers.
