David Mejía is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and international law. Currently serving as a Legal Assistant at the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, Unión Europea y Cooperación since November 2020, David has previously held positions as a Legal Adviser at Santander and as a Corporate and International Lawyer at Aranda & Echenagusia Abogados. Early career experiences include a role as a Trainee Legal Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation of Spain, and a Trainee Corporate Lawyer at Saint-Gobain España. David holds an LL.M. Master's degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidad de Alcalá, and has studied International Law and European Union Law at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
