Simon Bassham

Simon Bassham, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has extensive experience in operations and training within the furniture retail sector. Currently serving as the Freestock Operations Manager at Sofology since January 2015, Simon has previously held various managerial roles including Central Operations & Outlet Manager and Learning & Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive training programs for employees. Prior to Sofology, Simon worked as a Retail Training Advisor and Sales Manager at Sofaworks and as a Sales Consultant at CSL Sofas. Simon holds a BSc in Criminology from the University of Central Lancashire, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
