Monique Garcia

Monique Garcia, MSc, is the Head of Commercial Growth & Talent Development at SOFRA, where they focus on enhancing business performance and talent strategies. With a background as Director of Sales and Marketing and experience as an Event Manager at prominent establishments including Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill and Acacia Hotel Manila, Monique has a strong track record in the hospitality industry. They began their career as a Brand Assistant at San Miguel Corporation, where they managed market share for one of the leading bottled water brands in the Philippines. Monique holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Birmingham and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Philippines.
