Chams Eddine Arafa is a seasoned civil engineer with a background in structural design and project management. They began their career at the Direction des Travaux Publics in 2009 before progressing to roles at Garnier Ingenierie and ALPEX Bureau d'Engineering. From 2014 to 2023, they served as an Engineer of Study in Civil Engineering at EDF-CNEPE, focusing on project oversight and risk analysis. Currently, Chams holds the position of Leader Technique - Chef Plateau at Sofren and continues to expand their expertise in project management and engineering.
