Softstone Development:
With Nathan at the helm, Softstone has been instrumental in the new construction and gut rehab of many properties in prime construction. At Softstone, the team’s expertise is a committed union of dedication and industry experience. Prior to construction, industry specialists are sourced for the best possible scenario from inception to completion. Nathan has become legendary for his personal pre project data collaboration on zoning allowances, neighboring properties, design opportunity and other game changers before advising his clients on a most effective approach.

Softstone’s property development division is responsible for complete and hands on performance during the stages of preliminary; pre construction; construction and post construction/ closing. Monitoring the Master Milestone Schedule and organizing job site progress via secure files and processes, the Softstone initiative remains one of focus and skill.

Softstone Management:
Nathan consults his clients on long term profit margins and productivity. He sensed a need for continued service and didn’t rest until an entire team was created on the premise of maintaining and maximizing the daily responsibilities associated with property ownership. Representing clients in every sense of the investor scope, Softstone runs a management operation for multiple units in tenant compliance throughout the building management division.

In his client's’ words, ‘When I trust Nathan, it's like a weight is lifted from my shoulders. I know he will guide me toward profit’. Other investors quote Softstone’s team as operating via ‘round the clock efficiency’ and ‘unlike any other’ investment firm. If there would be one word that encapsulates the mission and strategy at Softstone, it would most definitely be ‘trust’ and to most investors and lenders that's all that really matters.
