Originally from Australia and a British citizen, Cram has held various leadership roles in the racing and gaming industries, including positions at PokerStars, Flutter Entertainment, and 4Poker. Cram's past experiences include managing customer support and operations for multiple high-profile organizations, as well as acting as a licensed rider's agent in the thoroughbred racing industry. Cram has earned several academic qualifications, including an MBA with Distinction from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Western Sydney.
