Michael Whiting

Michael Whiting currently serves as Engagement Manager at SOFtact Solutions, LLC, since June 2023. Previously, Michael was the Senior Director of Professional Services at ECS, where leadership of a 123-person ServiceNow delivery team was notable, managing 43 concurrent projects with an annual value exceeding $24 million. At Integrated Solutions Management, Inc., Michael held the position of Vice President Of Professional Services, focusing on strategic operations and delivery performance improvements. Earlier roles included Deputy Chief of the Cyber Operation Section at HQ Special Operations Command and Chief of Wide Area and Tactical Network Systems at Special Operations Command. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Warfare from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College.
