Happy Dhani has a diverse work experience. Happy is currently serving as the CEO of Softbir, a medical software company that focuses on improving healthcare through technology-enabled solutions. In this role, Happy oversees the development of applications that eliminate wasteful spending, improve workflows, and enhance patient care with data-proven outcomes. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Pharmaneek Pharmacy, where they played a crucial role in the company's operations. Additionally, Happy also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Access Therapies Inc from October 2004 onwards.

Happy Dhani attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1980 to 1984. During this period, Happy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
