Amber Brookes

Amber Brookes has extensive experience in account management and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as a Partner Alliance Internal Account Manager at Softcat plc since March 2020, Amber previously held the roles of Partner Alliance Support Executive and Receptionist within the same organization. Prior to this, Amber worked at CaVCA from October 2015 to March 2020 as a Volunteer Coordinator, focusing on recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers for community workshops in the Scarborough, Whitby, and Filey area. Additionally, Amber gained experience as a Youth Mentor at Futureworks NY from April 2015 to February 2019, providing tailored support to clients in overcoming learning barriers through individual activities.
