Beth Speechley

Beth Speechley, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD), is currently a Human Resources Advisor and Learning and Development Coordinator at Softcat plc since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Softcat plc and Front of House at Greene King from June 2019 to July 2021. Leadership experience is demonstrated through the positions of President and Secretary at the Durham University Badminton Club during the same timeframe. Prior to these roles, Beth worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Morrisons from October 2016 to October 2019. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management from Durham University, completed in July 2021, as well as education at Titus Salt Sixth Form and Titus Salt Secondary School.
