Dean Gardner

Dean Gardner is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud solutions and virtualization. Currently serving as Technology Director, Field CTO, Chief Technologist, and Lead Architect for Cloud at Softcat plc since January 2017, Dean has significantly contributed to the technology landscape. Prior to this role, Dean held the position of Cloud Solutions Lead at OCSL Managed Services from March 2013 to December 2016, where responsibilities included defining the service portfolio and leading cloud strategy initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Technical Consultant at OCSL, Virtualisation Principal Consultant at BT Engage IT, and Citrix Consultant at Basilica Computing Ltd. Dean's career began in technical support roles at The Carlisle Group and Carlisle Group plc. Education was completed at Woodside Secondary from 1985 to 1990.
