Emma Wright is an experienced business analyst with a strong background in IT systems and project leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Softcat since October 2019, Emma is instrumental in leading the migration from Microsoft's CSP Legacy offering to the New Commerce Experience. Prior to this role, Emma worked at Xerox, where responsibilities included overseeing a critical global cross-functional workflow tool and managing the European Graphic Communications Annuity process, contributing to operational continuity and data analytics. Emma's career in the industry began during an industrial placement as a Sales Operations Executive at Xerox.
