Gemma Greenfield

Gemma Greenfield has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the L&D Manager at Softcat from August 2021 to August 2025, in addition to roles as Early Careers L&D Team Leader and interim Learning and Development Team Leader. Prior to this, Gemma held various positions at Explore Learning from October 2012 to November 2019, including Regional Support Manager, Centre Director, and Assistant Director, focusing on center management, team development, and delivering high-quality tuition. Gemma holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Animal Behaviour and Welfare and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Zoology/Animal Biology, both from Newcastle University.
