Gemma Greenfield

Gemma Greenfield is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as L&D Manager at Softcat since November 2019, where roles have included Early Careers L&D Team Leader and interim Learning and Development Team Leader. Prior to this, Gemma worked at Explore Learning from October 2012 to November 2019, progressing from Assistant Director to Regional Support Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Animal Behaviour and Welfare and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Zoology/Animal Biology, both obtained from Newcastle University.
