Heather Bustin

Heather Bustin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development at Softcat plc, a FTSE 250 IT Reseller, where Heather has served since September 2009, currently as Head of Learning and Development. In this role, Heather leads a department responsible for training design, delivery, and administration, collaborating closely with the Softcat Leadership team. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager, overseeing a team that achieved recognition as the UK's Best Workplaces for Development in 2024. Heather's journey at Softcat also included various leadership positions focused on sales training and account management. Additionally, Heather served as Chairperson for the Marlow Amateur Operatic Society from March 2011 to June 2019, managing a committee and overseeing various operational aspects. Heather holds a BSc Hons in International Management from The University of Manchester and has pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School.
