Joe McNally has extensive experience in sales enablement and training across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sales Enablement Deputy Team Leader at Softcat since July 2020, Joe focuses on connecting Services and Sales business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Previous roles at Softcat include VMware Business Manager, where Joe drove VMware opportunities through marketing campaigns and sales training. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Development Manager at Facebook, a Retail Support Specialist for Honor UK at Retail7, and an Elite Brand Ambassador for Sony Mobile. Joe began a career at Dixons Carphone as a Customer Consultant, where participation in the Aspire programme highlighted leadership potential. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Trinity College Dublin and completed secondary education with A Levels and GCSEs at Newport Free Grammar School.
