Mandy Lau

Mandy Lau, ACCA, is an experienced governance, risk, and controls manager currently with Softcat plc since September 2021, also serving as an internal audit manager. Previously, Mandy held the position of senior manager of internal audit at Johnson Electric, where responsibilities included leading a team, formulating an audit plan, and executing risk-based audits. At Techtronic Industries, Mandy expanded the internal audit team in APAC, conducted fraud investigations, and managed tendering projects. Earlier experience includes a role as group internal audit manager at Hutchison Whampoa, supervising audits across multiple countries, and working as a senior associate at Moores Rowland Mazars. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
