Mark Forster

Mark Forster currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Services Director at Softcat plc since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Comms-care from July 2004 to January 2021, including Managing Director, Operations Director, and Head of Operations, overseeing all operational departments and service delivery. Mark began the career as a Service Desk Analyst and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Open University (2013-2018) and a BIT in Business and Information Technology from Staffordshire University (1996-1999).
