Paul Fleming

Paul Fleming is currently the Chief Strategist and Advisory Lead Public Sector at Softcat plc. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions including Strategic Director of Resources at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and Regional Head of Digital Technology at NHS England. With a background in health informatics, Paul also has experience in IT support and projects from their time at companies like Capita and INEOS. Paul holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Central Lancashire and completed a Postgraduate Programme in Global Health Leadership: Digital Futures at Yale University.
