Sacha Rines

Sacha Rines is a Microsoft Program Manager at Softcat, where involvement has contributed to a remarkable 96% NPS customer satisfaction rate through excellent technical resources and strong vendor relationships. Previous positions at Softcat include Microsoft Customer Success Manager and Account Executive. Prior experience includes roles at Tesco as a Customer Assistant, where Sacha developed customer service skills, and as Operations Manager at Running Wild, orchestrating successful events across multiple locations. Sacha has also served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Leeds, and has held various management roles at Running Wild, leading a sold-out student night and managing brunch events. Sacha began a career in coaching at Poole Swimming Club and holds a degree in Ancient History and English from the University of Leeds.
