Tom Bozman

Tom Bozman is a highly accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management, currently serving as Senior Account Manager and Deputy Team Leader at Softcat plc since November 2021. Demonstrating exceptional performance, Tom ranked as the top Senior Account Manager by percentage of target in Q1 FY25 and achieved significant accolades throughout various roles, including being a Samsung Incentive Winner and securing top rankings in multiple fiscal years. Prior to Softcat, Tom held positions such as Sales Director at T& H Design Ltd and Proprietary FX Trader at Samuel and Co Trading. Tom’s early career also includes educational roles, notably as Head of Games for Years 3 - 4 and Year 4 Form Teacher at Arnold House School Limited. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Primary Education from Oxford Brookes University.
