Tom Saxton

Tom Saxton has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of human resources, recruitment, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Datacentre & Cloud Solutions Specialist and Solutions Development Deputy Team Leader at Softcat plc since September 2020, Tom has a strong background in commercial sales operations and management. Prior to this, Tom worked at IRG Executive Search, where responsibilities included generating new business in financial services and recruiting for management consulting roles. Tom’s earlier experience includes positions as Human Resources Officer at Fenwick Limited and as a Recruiter/HR Officer at Printed.com, where Tom managed recruitment processes for sizable teams. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Northumbria University, attained in 2018.
