Giulio Cifelli

Giulio Cifelli, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished technology executive with over 35 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. As the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Softcif, Inc. since 1998, Giulio has spearheaded the development and support of enterprise-based applications. Key roles include serving as a Senior Project Manager for Pfizer, where Giulio oversees the development of a next-generation internal website and a Virtual Assistant for reporting adverse events related to the BioNTech Covid-19 vaccination, and as a Senior Technical Lead/Architect for AdminaHealth®, focusing on AWS environment management. Previous positions include significant project management and technical leadership at TSA/FAMS, Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, and various prominent companies in the 1980s and 1990s. Giulio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
