Андрей Усик

Андрей Усик is currently the head of development of CRM/BPM products at SoftClub, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, they held various prominent positions, including the начальник управления развития бизнеса at ОАО "Банк Москва-Минск" from 2002 to 2017, and the начальник отдела ведения проектов по описанию бизнес-процессов at ОАО "Белагропромбанк" in 2017. They also served as a project manager and director of strategic marketing at ОАО "Белинвестбанк" in 2017. Андрей obtained a Bachelor's degree in economics and management and a Master's degree in business administration from Belarusian State Economic University, completing the latter in 2018.
