Ambika Indoria currently serves as a Business Analyst in Service Improvement at SITA, starting in March 2024. Previously, Ambika held the role of Senior Business Analyst at an IT Firm from June 2020 to October 2023, where expertise was demonstrated in HRMS program vision, eliciting features and integration requirements, and preparing essential documents such as Business Requirement Documents, Project Scope, and Risk Registers. Ambika's career also includes roles as a Business Analyst, Associate Business Analyst, and Business Analyst Intern. Ambika earned an MBA in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Bon Maharaj Institute of Management and Technology in 2018.
