Markus Portmann

Markus Portmann has extensive experience in financial leadership, having served as CFO at Der Bund Verlag AG from 1996 to 2001, as well as at Comet Group from 2004 to September 2019. Additionally, Markus held the position of CFO Division Enterprise Communication at Ascom Holding AG from 2001 to 2004. After a sabbatical from October 2019 to July 2020, Markus transitioned into advisory roles, including Senior Financial Advisor for Morphean SA and TANOS.AI, and continued to provide financial consultancy at Dragonback Innovation and rechnungswerk Treuhand GmbH. Ongoing work includes a role as Senior Financial Adviser at Softcom since August 2023. Markus holds an Executive M.B.A from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, a Controller degree from SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Berner Fachhochschule BFH.
