Armine Badalyan is the Chief of Staff to the Holding CEO at SoftConstruct, where they focus on supporting executive strategy and enhancing organizational execution. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, Armine has held numerous leadership roles, including Head of Corporate Business Development Department at LIGA INSURANCE and Head of Personal Insurance Sales Department at RGS-Armenia. They also served as a lecturer at Armenian State University of Economics and Russian-Armenian University. Armine holds a diploma with honors in Insurance and a postgraduate degree in Economics from the same institution.
