Heghine Balyan is a Product Manager at SoftConstruct, where they oversee the strategy and development of the FastTV OTT platform, leveraging over five years of experience in product management. Previously, Heghine served as a Product Owner for the Live Streaming Friendship platform at FeedConstruct and worked at Converse Bank, managing product features and backlog. With a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I certification, Heghine excels in Agile methodologies, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. They hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Macroeconomic Policies and Forecast from Armenian State University of Economics.
